[ 01 ] — Logo
The EmailAuth® logo.
Construction. “Email” in Bone (on dark) or Carbon (on light), “Auth” always in Auth Red, the ® mark top-right, and the tagline “EMAIL AUTHENTICATION AS A SERVICE” beneath. Never redraw it — use the supplied files.
Clear space. Keep space equal to the height of the “E” on every side. Nothing may enter this zone.
Minimum size. Digital: 120px wide. Print: 30mm wide. Below this the tagline stops being legible.
Placement. Flush-left in headers, flush-left above the “Member of” logos in footers.

[ 04 ] — Voice
How we sound.
Precise.
DNS is unforgiving, so are we. The exact tag, the exact record.
Plain.
You don't need a PhD to start your DMARC journey. Explain, don't show off.
Quietly confident.
Proof over hype: pass rates, enforcement dates, real numbers.
Do
- “Get to p=reject in weeks, not months.”
- “Stop phishing with just one click.”
- “Every sender found, aligned and authorised.”
Don't
- “Revolutionary AI-powered cyber solution.”
- “Best-in-class next-gen platform.”
- “Hackers are coming — act now!”
Naming. Write “EmailAuth” — one word, capital E and A, ® on first use. Never “Email Auth”, “Emailauth” or “EMAILAUTH” in body copy.
[ 05 ] — Misuse
What not to do.
- 01Don't recolour the logo — “Auth” is always red; “Email” is only Bone or Carbon.
- 02Don't use blue anywhere in the brand.
- 03Don't add gradients, shadows, glows or outlines to the logo.
- 04Don't remove the tagline or the ® mark.
- 05Don't rotate, skew, stretch or animate the logo.
- 06Don't place the logo on busy imagery without a solid backing.
- 07Don't use red for body copy, large fills or page backgrounds.
- 08Don't set the logo in a typeface — always use the supplied files.
[ 06 ] — Media kit
Press & assets.
Boilerplate — short
EmailAuth® is email authentication as a service: it takes organisations to full DMARC enforcement so no one can send email from their domain except them.
Boilerplate — long
EmailAuth® automates DMARC, SPF, DKIM and BIMI end to end. It discovers every service sending on a domain's behalf, aligns them, and moves the domain safely to p=reject — stopping spoofing and phishing while improving deliverability. EmailAuth is a member of the Global Cyber Alliance, LORCA and CyberExchange, with offices in the UK, UAE and India.
